My name is Sarah Hail, and I’m with Governor Beshear’s office and the Team Kentucky Pre-K For All program.

I believe you’d previously spoken with my colleague Nick Therrell regarding the program and the attached letter of support that local chambers have been signing on to from around the state. As your chamber’s president, I wanted to follow up with you and see if there was any availability to discuss with you the opportunity that expanding access to preschool gives Kentucky families, as well as the potential economic development and workforce development aspects of increased access to early childhood education.
