     I tried to disconnect our spectrum service today, but it appears that Im not authorized to do this.  However, you are on the list of authorized personnel that can.  I have provided as an attachment a pdf of one of our bills.  If you don't care to, can you call them and have our service disconnected as we have gotten another provider.
