Hello Everyone, Roxie contacted me this morning and said it is doubtful Cary will be able to be at the festival this weekend as he had surgery today to have stents put in. She feels if there is any chance he could be there, it would be best to have him outside the Carter House so he will be close to bathrooms etc. There is also an issue of allowing people to pick their spots first come first serve. That could be confusing. Some people can set up Friday evening and others cannot get there until Saturday morning. I agree with Laurie and Roxy. I think we need to assign spots. We will have an officer's meeting tomorrow at 1:00 so we can discuss everything and make some decisions. Please let me know if you can be there. Thanks so much. Joni
