I am wanting to create a webform for our upcoming officer nominations and need your help..

(1).  which offices are up for election?    

(2).  How many persons should we allow for our members to nominate?  1, 2 3 or 4 etc.

(3).  Would you be willing to help test the form once it's in place, and receive results through your email?

(4).  Any suggestions?
